A statement which sets out ten essential minimum expectations for Digital Literacy. The document contextualises the importance of Digital Literacy in relation to the United Nations (UN) Convention on the Rights of the Child.  The statement also attempts to provide an explanation of assessment and progression in Digital Literacy.  There will be separate statements which address the essential minimum expectations for computer programming and Digital Citizenship.
