Cybersecurity for a whole school often and wrongly becomes the responsibility of the Computing Teacher (it's a whole school responsibility). Nevertheless, this can be a daunting and challenging prospect for us in education.

This training will give you a firm start and grounding in understanding and dealing with Cyber Security issues.

The course will cover:-

Developing resilience toward Cybersecurity threats
Who would launch a Cyberattack on your school?
What are the threats from outside the school?
What are the threats from inside the school?
Ways to defend yourself from attack?

You will then have the opportunity to have a tour of the Siemens HQ and talk with their own Cybersecurity Specialists about the very same issues they face as you do in schools.

Special Guest Speaker

Schools and Education Manager (Mark Wood)
