Computing and the new Curriculum for Wales (CfW) webinar
4 to 5pm, Wednesday 15th February 2023
Register via the CAS website to join us for the second in a series of free online webinars exploring computing and the new Curriculum for Wales at KS3, hosted by Computing at Schools (CAS).
This hour-long session will include presentations from:
Technocamps who work across Wales to upskill young people and teachers in digital skills
Apps for Good who provide free computing courses for formal learning in schools
Code Club (Wales) who provide free computing courses for non-formal learning

4.05pm: Stewart Powell, Assistant Director and Luke Clement, Operations Manager, Technocamps will present Computation in the Curriculum for Wales 2022 and Professional Learning Opportunities for Practitioners (www.technocamps.com)
4.20pm: Jodie Campbell, Education Community Manager, Apps for Good.
Jodie will present App for Good’s new App for Social Action course (www.appsforgood.org & App for Social Action | Apps For Good)
4.35pm: Sarah Roberts, Community Coordinator for Wales, Code Club
Sarah will introduce you to Code Club, a network of 13,000 educator-led coding clubs around the world. Learn how our coding projects link to the Curriculum for Wales and how to start your own Code Club (codeclub.org)
